Student Examination Checklist

Use this checklist before every examination so you arrive prepared and can concentrate fully on each paper. It covers the essentials — your identity card and hall ticket, reporting time, permitted materials, and what to bring for practical exams. Following these simple steps helps you avoid last-minute stress and sit every paper with confidence.

  • Carry your college identity card and hall ticket to every examination.
  • Report to the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Only permitted materials are allowed — follow the MSBTE code of conduct.
  • Check the timetable regularly for any updates or revisions.
  • For practical exams, bring your journal, lab coat and required apparatus.
  • Verify your seat number and examination hall before the exam day.
